Europe freeze: Serbia snow strands thousands

Heavy snow has left at least 11,000 villagers cut off in remote areas of Serbia amid a European cold snap that has claimed more than 130 lives.
Since 7 January aproximately, snow began falling in most of the cities of central Europe. Temperatures are below -30ºC in some places and some weather experts said it is the coldest week for 27 years. In places, the snow has reached a depth of 2 meters.
Emergency services in Serbia have described the situation as very serious.
At least, six people have died in Serbia, 63 people in Ukraine and 29 in Poland. More than 600 passanegers were trapped on an unheated train in the Apennine mountanis for seven hours, when the brakes and electrical cables froze.
This news, afected  me a little bit, as during several days, it was really cold in our country. Even, snowed in our town and in a lot of big cities the snow covered almost all. After these coldest temperatures, the wind arrived and still now, is blowing strongly. i think that the experts have reason as in the  recent weeks, has done much cold.
